Studio E11
I work out of a small studio space in my home (for now). I record all non-digital content through a TOFT Series ATB 24 channel mixer and work primarily in Cubase 12 and Pro Tools, and am also proficient with Logic Pro X. I have two sets of monitors (Adam A5X, KEF LS50).
My computer is a Mac Pro (3GHz 8-Core Intel Xeon with 128GB RAM running on Big Sur) plus a Waves Proton Server for additional DSP processing when mixing. I use a Macbook Pro for video sync to help save precious processing power on my main machine.
My ever expanding sample library includes: Spitfire - Studio Orchestra Professional (Brass, Woodwinds, and Strings), Hans Zimmer Percussion (Pro), EARTH, ORBIS, AMBIENT GUITARS, PHOBOS, Ricotti Mallets, Felt Pianos, Etc. I am also a subscriber to East West Composer Cloud and Roland’s Cloud (for software synthesizers), Kontakt 6, Omnisphere, SWAM Saxophones, Session Horns Pro, Serum, ANA2, Soft Tube Modular, Heartbeat, Waves Codex, Flow Motion, and a variety of other smaller libraries. Really, my wife should keep the credit cards!
Oh, and I love SYNTHS! There, I said it! Currently, I have 2 Roland synths (JDXA and JDxi). The first synth I ever purchased was a Roland (Juno 106) and I have been a fan ever SYNTH! HA HA. I also use an ASM Hydrasynth, a Korg Minilogue, Polyend Tracker, Arturia MiniBurte 2S and a Berhinger Neutron along with a small analogue synth rack. My main keyboard controller is a Kurzweil KM88.
